People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are
responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing
services to one or several clients.  Typically, people in BPO are based
permanently at a client location.  BPO helps clients develop and deliver
business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services.
These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at
lower costs.  We offer a full array of business process outsourcing
services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness.

The Delivery Manager - Virtual Reality Studios role will work closely
with the client business initiative teams to plan, monitor and close
Virtual Studio (VS) projects and will be expected to work closely with
client Subject Matter Experts (formerly known as Initiative Leader) to
delivery the VS Portfolio.
 
Some position responsibilities for this position may include:
*         Project Management of short projects (typically 1 week to 2
months in duration)
*         Deliver the end to end projects on time, on budget within
scope and with quality
*         Manage the execution resources to deliver the projects and
provides technical capability during crunch periods/last minute requests
Occasional overtime during projects is limited.
Travel is required between the Cincinnati, Ohio facility locations:
Mason, Bric, Cincinnati downtown area.
 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
 
*         Minimum 2 years of project management and project scheduling
experience
*         Minimum 1 year of 3D software experience
*         Minimum 4 year college degree 
 
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
*         Experience using JDA Prospace and PhotoShop
*         Experience with design, marketing, advertising, communications
and/or brand management
*         Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and MS Project
*         Experience in project management to conduct meetings and
demonstrated ability to handle multiple project plans and coordinate
issues between client
*         Ability to understand categories and products within them and
to collect information and document requirements for a project
*         Ability to make timely decisions at all times
*         Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure
service results and developments are understood
*         Ability to work with, lead, and manage virtual teams
 Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an
affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
