We are looking to fill new senior administrative position here at RG
Properties. RG Properties is a premier developer of open-air shopping
centers based in Dayton, Ohio, and we have created this new position to
enable us to capitalize on some very exciting opportunities that are
currently in the final planning stages. This position will support a number
of our senior executives and their teams in the development, legal and
financial areas of our company.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is resourceful in solving
problems and finding new and better ways to get things done. This person
must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly changing
environment and without day-in, day-out management supervision and
direction. She or he must exhibit "grace under pressure" and be able to take
criticism in a professional manner. Over time, this person must be able to
anticipate the needs of the managers she/he supports so as to know what is
expected of them without specific instruction or direction. This person must
be a thick-skinned, fire-fighter who can read minds.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, or at least 10 years of
senior level administrative experience with increasing responsibility.
