We're looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a Regional
Regulatory Manager for Cincinnati, Ohio.

This position requires a self starting, actively engaged and strategic
individual. The core duties and responsibilities for this position
include:

. Work with regulatory agencies in the region from local to state level
to gain BMP approvals for CONTECH Stormwater Solutions products.
. Work to educate public agencies to develop policy and test protocol.
. Track and work with the federal agencies to build awareness and
rapport.
. Travel to meet with key agency people to gain engineering approvals.
. Understand and track competitive technologies and develop strategies
to insure they are understood by the regulatory and engineering
community.
. Work with CONTECH field team to support project needs for regulatory
approval or regulatory issues.
. Provide sales support by participating in presentations and developing
tools for competitive selling.
. Attend strategic conferences and trade shows.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic professional, with
the following qualifications:

. In depth knowledge of stormwater with respect to water quality,
hydraulics and hydrology
. Strong presence and communication skills
. BS or MS in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred)
. Professional Engineering License
. Familiarity with the Clean Water Act and NPDES regulations
. 10 years professional work experience preferred
. Demonstrated success in technical writing
. Knowledge of key regulatory organizations and the ability to build
rapport with authorities
. Proficient in Power Point, Word and Excel
. Ability to travel 30% of the time
