JSFG Sales people -- you probably saw this in Careerbuilder. If you are
qualified and would like help networking into this company please
contact me and I'll do what I can to help, I know the HR manager, a
sales Director and the President of the business.
I worked for the prior parent JohnsonDiversey who sold this as non-core
business. Those old-time Cinti people will remember it as related to
thd original DuBois Tower (now 5/3rd Center). I was in Finance, helped
separate the books and chose to leave under reorganization. It is
stable and highly profitable. New owners want to take it from ~$90M to
300M in 5 years.

Responsibilities of a sales representative include, but are not limited
to:
Promote and sell industrial chemical products and solutions to potential
and established customers.=20

=B7 Identify potential prospects, developing dialogues with =
buying
influences resulting in establishment of a sales process.

=B7 Participate as member of a sales team on projects involving
multiple buying influences and longer, more complex sales cycles.

=B7 Conduct sales presentations to include demonstration of
chemical products as applicable.

=B7 Explain chemical package benefits in selling areas =
(lubricants,
surface finishing/metal pre-treatment, water treatment, maintenance
cleaning, transportation, food clean/sanitation, and specialty products)
to customers and provide chemicals to effectively treat and address
customer expectations.

=B7 Provide customer service as applicable to ensure optimal
chemical process performance. Inspect, test, and observe chemical
changes in applicable process equipment, utilizing test kits, reference
manuals, and knowledge of chemical application.=20

=B7 Implement the =93Value Delivery Program" to accounts =
specified by
the Regional Business Director (RBD).

=B7 Maintain required territory records, files, prospect list and
sales reports. Submit to RBD as required.
Requirements=20
Qualified applicants should have at least 3-5 years in the Industrial
Chemical Industry, as well as a knowledge of conceptual and strategic
selling principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling
products or services- this includes sales strategy =93bluesheet", cold
call procedures, team selling, =93up and down the street" (UDTS) =
selling,
product demonstration, and sales control systems, a knowledge of buying
influences and techniques for uncovering and addressing their
expectations, a knowledge of the chemical applications and key chemical
products that impact our target market sectors. This includes uses of
chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, control parameters, and
disposal methods where applicable and a knowledge of applicable safety
skills related to position.
