annual physical inventory process. Additional responsibilities will include
management of warehouse improvement projects relating to technology,
process-control, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include: 
-- Manage processing of inventory transactions for all 3rd party warehouse
facilities. 
-- Monitor EDI transition errors and SAP workflow. 
-- Lead timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments at distribution
centers. 
-- Oversee inventory control and cycle counting process between our clients
SAP system and 3rd party Warehouse Management Software (WMS). 

-- Perform root-cause analysis of inventory variances and lead improvement
efforts where needed. 
-- Audit warehouse invoices and compliance to operating agreement. 
-- Work with 3rd Party facility management team to improve distribution
processes and seek opportunities for cost reduction.

-- Request appropriate authorizations for inventory write-offs and
destruction. 
-- Provide information to Supply Chain Analyst in support of freight claims
process. 
-- Manage customer returns and provide direction to suppliers to improve
timeliness of inventory disposition. 
-- Develop and maintain KPIs for 3rd party suppliers and provide reporting
to Supply Chain Team on a monthly basis.
