General Responsibilities:
The Evenflo Program Manager is responsible to plan, direct and
coordinate activities for all new product launch (NPL) and key strategic
projects that are critical to the success of Evenflo. This involves
analyzing complex business problems, formulating reliable options and
developing a recommendation for a solution and to ensure that the goals
and objectives of the project are met within the required timeframe and
budgetary constraints. The Program Manager is responsible to develop a
systemized approach to program management and guide cross-functional
teams in the use of the process and tools.
Examples of Key Activities:
* Formulate feasibility analyses regarding the viability of
various processes and/or programs.
* Identify suitable strategies for product improvements, cost
reductions and the introduction of new products. This includes the
identification of new technologies and equipment.
* Collaborate with the category leaders to create project
proposals and project plans to determine the critical path, budgetary
requirements, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing
requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of
the project.
* Work seamlessly across functions to get full support and
ownership for program management initiatives.
* Collaborate with Evenflo teams to outline the project plan and
to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
* Direct and coordinate project activities to ensure that project
progress is on schedule.
* Coordinate the integration of new acquisitions.
* Confirm that all elements are considered and sequenced
appropriately.
* Facilitate design control that requires FDA regulating.
* Facilitate key milestone tasks and compile related documents, to
include design reviews and capital appropriations requests.
* Perform detailed planning, tracking and reporting of new SKU
launches.
Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree Required in Engineering or Business Management; A
minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in new product development.

requirements and design and implement the infrastructure for business
solutions. This includes evaluating, designing, testing, implementing
and supporting these business solutions. The Systems Engineer is
responsible to stay updated on the latest software and hardware
technology options. The Systems engineer is required to be on call 24/7
and may occasionally be required to travel.
Examples of Typical Activities:
. Review new technologies to be incorporated to meet Evenflo
initiatives.
. Design software and hardware solutions based on new
technologies.
. Test and evaluate new systems, software patches and proposed
changes.
. Deploy software patches and updates.
. Plan and implement solutions.
. Document the new systems for future access.
. Maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange systems.
. Maintain anti-virus and web content filtering applications.
. Train IT members on the new systems.
. Establish standards and routines for system maintenance.
. Ensure that Systems Administrator follows guidelines
established for system configurations.
. Back up Systems Administrator and PC Analyst.
Required Experience
BS Degree preferred
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Certification
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Required Technical Competencies
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Proficient in Project Management
. Strong understanding of network server hardware, operating
systems and applications.
. Experience designing and implementing solutions on the
Microsoft Windows server operating system.
. Experience with Domain Name Service (DNS)
. Experience troubleshooting complex problems in a Microsoft
Active Directory/exchange environment.
. Proficient in TECP/IP networking protocol.
. Back up Systems Administrator with the following:
o Add, change and delete network users,
o Perform data backup and restore functions.
o Manage file folder access control.
o Monitor event logs,.
o Monitor e-mail queues.
o Monitor web usage logs.
o Configure server applications for day to day phone system and
voice mail adds and moves.
o Perform user and resource mailbox management.
o Troubleshoot routing problems.
Desired Secondary Competencies
