Inventory Management and Forecasting Manager (DB)  Indianapolis, IN   
*       Must have a BS degree and a minimum of 5 years experiences with
materials production or finished goods planning with an emphasis on
inventory management and forecasting. 
*       Must be proficient with SAP and areas of data
management/reporting and have general SAP knowledge in the following
areas: forecasting, consumption, sales (general and customer specific),
production planning, and material requirement/procurement.   
*       Responsible for managing inventory levels of raw materials,
semi-finished goods, trading goods and finished goods in the US. 
*       Forecasting of stock finished goods inventory levels to meet
sales demands and inventory turns goals along with appropriately
forecasting each SKU in the assigned product line.            
Noise Vibration Harshness Thermal (NVHT) Applications Engineer (RL)
Indianapolis, IN   
*       Must have a BS degree in mechanical engineering or  a closely
related discipline and Masters preferred. 
*       Knowledge of airborne and structure borne noise control. 
*       Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of noise and
vibration analysis and control in a commercial and or industrial setting
associated with one or more of the following industries: truck,
automobile, bus, or RV.  
*       Knowledge of behavior of noise and vibration control materials. 
*       Experience with standard material tests: sound transmission
loss, sound absorption, system loss factor, etc. 
*       Experience with vehicle sound and vibration measurements and
analysis, as well as, management of large data sets. 
*       Familiarity or experience with chassis dynamometer vehicle
testing. 
*       Materials background such as PVC, polyurethane, polyolefin, SBR,
PVC/SBR alloys, various foams and damping composites and other
acoustical vibration management products. 
Chemist or Chemical Engineer (RL) Indianapolis, IN   
*       Must have a BS degree in chemistry with a concentration in
analytical, polymer or organic chemistry.  
*       Minimum of 10 years of experience in compound development and or
would consider less experience if the candidate has an in depth
knowledge of polymers and additives.  
*       Use of laboratory equipment and analytical instruments including
internal mixers, mills, rheometers, extruders, presses, tensile tester,
digital balance, densitometer, DMA, DSC, TGA, FTIR, microscope,
calculator and personal computer (scientific, statistics, work
processing, project management software. 
*       Client is looking for a chemist or chemical engineer with
experience in thermoplastics elastomers (TPE) compounds with particular
experience in flame retardants and processing additives.      
Regional Sales Manager -- Industrial OEM  (RL)  Southern CA, Portland,
OR, Seattle, WA    
*       Must have a BS degree in mechanical engineering and have 5 or
more years of OEM sales and national account experience.   
*       Candidate should have demonstrated effective management of
manufactures representatives and distributors.   
*       Position covers 11 western states, HI, AK, and two western
provinces of Canada. 
*       Travel is 50 - 70%. 
*       Client is an industry leader in providing engineered solutions
to problems related to airborne noise control, structural vibration,
shock and personal comfort.
*       Client manufacturers PVC, urethane and thermoplastic elastomers,
foams and molded parts engineered to meet the requirements of the
client's application.
