Openings: 
URGENT: Customer Service Rep/ Manager: $3 billion manufacturing company
searching for customer service representative (CSR) to work within a team of
6-8 CSRs. Duties include: total account management of large, repeat
customers (once the order/account is sold by the sales person, you will
manage all facets of the customer's account): order product (heavy
interfacing with purchasing departments of vendor companies), determine ship
dates, arrange shipping, deal with issues in the process (decision makers
are crucial here.....), maintain detailed records within database, prepare
invoicing, etc. Again, follow the customer account from sale to close.
Critical skills necessary are ability to work at a fast pace; ability to
make decisions under pressure; understanding of this type of customer
service role (it is not data entry..); ability to influence and direct
others; attention to detail; ability and desire to be a problem solver.
Hours are basic 8:00 - 5:00 with summer flex options, 12-13 paid holiday,
outstanding benefits package (one of the best of any of my clients).
Starting pay is high $30's. I have worked with this company since 1999- it
is a great place to work, with little turnover. Prefer Bachelor's degree but
not mandatory. NOTE: due to significant growth, there are several CSR
positions open. This is the training position for the Customer Service
Manager position, which is also open. Once hired in the CSR position,

My advertising client, Northlich Advertising, has openings in several key
positions. They are listed below (for all of the below positions, please

Administrative Assistant: Supporting the Brandstorm group. This is the group
that is responsible for strategic planning and innovation consultancy. They
are a group of high achieving and high energy MBA professionals, looking for
a key support person for the department. Position entails traditional
administrative assistant duties (MS Word, Excel, heavy PowerPoint, Outlook).
A lot of last minute projects, all with tight deadlines..... not a relaxed,
evenly-paced position so if this is what you prefer, please do not apply.
Critical skills include: expert proficiency in MS Office, steady work
history, experience supporting a team, ability to work under pressure,
ability to work overtime, ability to conform to "last minute" environment.
Northlich is in downtown Cincinnati and is moving to a new office at the
Sawyer Point Building at the end of the year. Parking cost is approx. $45
per month. Pay for this position is mid- to high $30's, with overtime
(position will pay in the high $40's after overtime). Excellent benefits,
wonderful upbeat and energetic "creative" working environment. Again, I've
worked with this company since 1999- people love working there! Immediate
need.
Billing Representative: Responsible for billing clients for services
rendered by Northlich. Very intense attention to details. Multitasking is
key here- you are billing for numerous clients, all with different rates,
different details, etc. You must have experience with this type of billing
to be considered (i.e.- multiple client, multiple rates, etc.). Due to the
nature of this business, details are sometimes not provided until the last
minute, so you must be comfortable and productive in that type of
environment. Minimum Associate Degree required for consideration. Pay ranges
in mid $20s to low $30s with excellent Northlich benefits.
