Wright Brothers Inc. is a family-owned industrial gas company in
downtown Montgomery specializing in industrial gases for bioscience,
research and industrial uses. 
We have an immediate opening for an entry level customer care associate
who has the aptitude to understand the technical side of the business.
Our ideal candidate would have welding knowledge.
 
CLIENT CARE ASSOCIATE 
  
The main responsibility for the customer service/inside sales position
is two-fold: 
*         Assist with customer care by taking and placing orders,
resolving problems, quoting prices, providing technical assistance, etc.
*         Maintain existing customer relationships, review accounts,
invoices and leases; communicate and assist customers in ensuring their
best gas program. 
Additionally this person will,
*         Assist sales staff in developing customer relationships
*         Accept other duties and projects as assigned
 
Requirements
*         Professional manner, strong interpersonal skills, ability to
solve problems
*       Organization skills
*       Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
*       Able to consistently follow procedures
*       Willingness & technical/mechanical ability to learn the
research, bio-science and industrial gas business
*       Willingness to learn our sales strategy
*       Computer skills
*       Technical/mechanic aptitude demonstrated by work experience or
education
*       Vocational school/2 yr degree with a technical focus
*       Ability to pass random drug and nicotine tests
 
Full-time position 8-5 with 1 hour lunch; $10-12/hr with full benefits
including medical, insurance, bonus program, etc. 
 
Wright Brothers Inc does not hire smokers, including social smokers or
other tobacco products
