Deployment Technician Needed in Cincinnati, OH

=20

Technician will be required to work in the Downtown Cincinnati office.  =
This
Technician will work at the Downtown Campus, all users are on site at =
this
campus so no travel involved.

=20

Technician will perform the following:

1.      Following a script to install software on PCs

2.      Take new computer to user's desk and replace existing PC

3.      Perform basic data and settings migration using a scripted =
process
(very easy).

4.      Survey a PC to determine what hardware is attached, such as a =
CD-ROM
or burner, ergonomic keyboard, printer or scanner

5.      Keep very accurate record of asset information, what PC gets
installed where, what PC is removed (this is very important and will =
require
someone who is detail oriented).

6.      This job will require filling out surveys and checklists, the =
person
must be comfortable with paperwork, and updating records

Required Skills: Must have general PC knowledge - ability to install =
PC's,
software, imaging, etc.  Ability to perform some adiminstrative skills
(asset tracking) we have to keep very accurate records.  Communication =
and
people skills will be important; this will require working directly with =
end
users.
- High School Education and A+ Certified preferred=20
- Must have a cell phone.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs

There will be some direct supervision by the local Pomeroy technician on
this project.  Training will be provided by shadowing the technician to =
get
knowledge of the environment and processes.  Some scripts will be =
provided.

Pay rate is $14.00 - $15.00 per hour.  Interview, drug test and criminal
background check is required. =20

Work location is Cincinnati, OH.  Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - =
5:00pm.




Start Date: ASAP.

Duration:  Until the end of the year (12/31/2009)
