I am currently recruiting for an Architectural Designer for a Dayton =
area
client. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience =
in
architectural design and layout. An Associate degree is preferred but =
not
required. This is a contract position with an estimated duration of 1 =
year.
The primary hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. The =
primary
responsibilities are to investigate requests for changes to classrooms,
laboratories and office space. Design, sketch, estimate costs and write
specifications for architectural revisions. This applicant maybe called =

to assist in overseeing the project process as well as facility =
planning.
Applicants must be proficient in AutoCAD Lite, Microsoft Word, Excel and
Power Point software. We are seeking an individual with excellent
communication skills and the ability to work with various groups of
individuals.
