We are a single-source, site development and engineering firm providing
"total design-build support".  We currently have employment
opportunities in our Civil, Environmental, and Surveying departments for
dependable personnel with a strong work ethic as well as a sense of
responsibility and dedication to quality.  
 
Responsibilities include:
*       Field and Technical oversight of new and existing projects
*       Project Scoping
*       Completing phases of work on time, on or below budget
*       Client Contact
*       Working with our sales and marketing department to grow our
client base 
*       Proposal Writing
 
 
Professional Licensed Surveyor 
Requirements include:
*       PS in the state of Ohio required and in Kentucky preferred
*       3 or more years experience in project management
*       Valid drivers license and insurable
*       Working experience with Autodesk Land Desktop 2007/Civil 3-D 
 

Civil Engineer

Requirements include:
*       PE in Ohio is required and must be eligible for registration in
Kentucky and Indiana 
*       Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
*       3 or more years of experience in civil design (subdivision and
commercial development)
*       Working experience with Autodesk Land Desktop 2007/Civil 3-D
*       Local experience in the greater Cincinnati area; knowledge of
local codes and zoning regulations
*       Valid drivers license and insurable
*       A PS in the state of Ohio and in Kentucky is a plus
 
Environmental Project Manager
Requirements include:
*       PE in Ohio or PG in Kentucky 
*       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or
Geology
*       Prefer advanced degree and applicable certifications
*       3-5 years of experience in environmental area and in project
management
*       Valid drivers license and insurable
