Working experience with Autodesk Land Desktop 2007/Civil 3-D 
Proposal Writing 
Joining client trade organizations 
Working with our sales and marketing department to grow our client base 
 
Requirements include:

PS in the state of Ohio required and in Kentucky preferred 
3-5 years experience in project management

3-5 years of experience in civil design (subdivision and commercial 
development) 
PE in Ohio and eligible for registration in Kentucky and Indiana 
Working experience with Autodesk Land Desktop 2007/Civil 3-D 
Local experience in the greater Cincinnati area; knowledge of local codes and 
zoning regulations 
Ability to work independently 
Valid drivers license and insurable 
 
Environmental Technician 
We’re looking for a dependable person with a strong work ethic as well as a 
sense of responsibility and dedication to quality.  
 
Responsibilities include:

Management of compliance 
Environmental Site Assessments 
Remediation projects (designs, action plans and implementation of action plans) 
Client Contact 
Project Scoping 
Completing phases of work on time, on or below budget 
Proposal Writing 
Scoping and Design of contaminant source removal projects 
Risk Assessment Evaluation 
 
Requirements include:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology 
3-5 years of experience in environmental area 
PE in Ohio or PG in Kentucky 
Knowledge of regulations 
Ability to work independently 
Valid drivers license and insurable
