FSCreations Job Description  Inside Sales Representative  FSCreations, Inc. is 
a privately held Cincinnati, Ohio based corporation, committed to providing 
effective learning resources to educational institutions. We offer products and 
services to educational publishers as well as creating our own proprietary 
products which are sold directly to educators. 
  This position is an inside sales role for the sale of ExamView, Learning 
Series, and other company products and services directly to educators. This is 
a full-time position, reporting to the Customer Support and Inside Sales 
Manager. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and will be 
comprised of a salary plus sales-related commission. 
  Position Summary
  ·         Telephone and email sales of FSCreations products to educators in 
the United States and Canada based on leads developed from cold calling by an 
agency or by someone else within FSC.
  ·         Trade Show Support: travel to 1-6 trade shows annually as an 
effective presenter of FSC products in FSC or partner reseller booths. 
  ·      Personal goal will be generating $200K -- $300K in annual sales. 
  Responsibilities include: 
  1.       Phone sales; primarily cold call follow-up
  2.       Sale inquiry follow up via phone or email
  3.       Add-on sales to existing customers
  4.       Travel to trade shows and conferences; staffing FSC booth
  5.       Other sales and marketing activities as required 
  Qualifications and Experience Requirements: 
  ·         Must have successful experience selling via cold call follow-up 
with individual sales of $500 to $5,000. 
  ·         Experience selling services and/or software to professionals 
strongly desired.
  ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  ·         Ability to relate to people well via the phone and email, and 
conduct communication in a professional manner. 
  ·         2-6 years phone selling experience.
  ·         Experience selling to education (K-12, Post Secondary) strongly 
preferred. Teaching experience a plus. 
  ·         Must be goal oriented and self-motivated. 
  ·         Able to successfully manage several tasks at one time. 
  ·         Able to work effectively in a team environment. 
  ·         Able to learn new software applications quickly. Proficient with 
Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus. 
  ·         A.B. or B.S. degree or equivalent.
