Reducing the high cost of employee turnover
Who we hire has more to do with the ultimate outcome of a company's
performance than anything else we do as leaders. Conservative cost estimates
of losing one employee is equal to their annual salary, illustrating the
negative financial impact of employee turnover.
Losing a single employee to turnover costs 30% of an hourly employee's
yearly salary and 150% of a manager's yearly salary.
