      This is a one-person department. This person will be in charge of 
everything and anything having to do with the companies web 
presence..............Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Web 
Site Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing management of web strategy 
in support of the company's strategic initiatives and all aspects of web 
development and implementation with specific attention aimed at content 
creation and web site maintenance. The Web Site Specialist defines 
organizational structure, navigation, labeling conventions, searching systems 
and has day-to-day contact with vendors. The position has no direct reports at 
this time.  
      Requirements:   
      This position will be a major link between the I.T. and the marketing 
departments. (Java Script, Visual Basic, HTML, ASP)
