[jsfg_cinti] Enlivening Techniques: FREE Introductory Lecture, and First Sphere Weekend

Dear fellow JSFG members,
Himavat Ishaya has a powerful, simple, and effective technique which is
great for handling stress. I have worked with Himavat and taken his
First Sphere class.  It is a great approach.

I recommend that you attend his introductory meeting and learn about it
for yourselves.

  Next week, the day after Labor Day, September 5, at Tourmaline Life Center in 
Blue Ash (call or email or go to www.tourmalinelifecenter.com for directions) 
at 7 p.m. until around 8:00 or 8:30, there will be a FREE Introductory Lecture 
on the Enlivening Techniques.
  AND, on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 
p.m. both days (we may get out early either or both days, depending) there will 
be a First Sphere Weekend.
  Please tell all your friends, especially those with any stress.  For 
starters, of course, the Techniques are one of the most powerful Stress 
Management Tools around.
