[jsfg_cinti] Employer's resume screening mistakes

Article about mistakes employer's make when screening resumes. The
section about resume search engines makes the point that key words can
screen out candiates whose resume uses a different terminology. That
fits with a former JSFG speaker, Ric Cummins of ISOC.net comment about
some job seekers putting "white words" (i.e. text hidden by being in
color white) with keywords that reflect your skills and can get you more
matches.
