Create, implement and maintain production platform standards and documentation; manage asset inventory, vendor coordination and software distribution. Provide alternate LAN and voice support as necessary. This position will start out on first shift but will eventually rotate from first to third and will also include Sunday operations. In this position you will: 1.Provide second and third level diagnosis, resolution and escalation of system and application problems in support of an Automated Sort System. 2.Provide Windows 2000 server support and UNIX server support in a production environment including, but not limited to, installing hardware and software in a production environment.
