Skill Requirements: - Working knowledge of PC technical services department daily operation including scheduling and monitoring work to be completed. - Working knowledge of Network Server administration (MCSE or equivalent certification desired). - Working knowledge of network connectivity skills including AS/400 PC Support and CITRIX. - Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies using MS project. PMI certification a plus.
