You will be responsible for the motivation, coaching and leading in the supervision of hourly production associates. Also administer and maintain company policies, guidelines and production documentation that supports daily operations. You'll also coordinate labor resources at the beginning of the shift, review shift production performance with Production Management, recommend improvements in production performance, coordinate and execute training and cross training programs for associates on proper work and ergonomics techniques to meet company efficiency standards and communicate job performance standards to associates Location: Florence, KY Requirements_Qualif: We require a high school education plus some vocational programs, 3-5 years experience in a production environment, proficiency in the MS Office Software package and the ability to work second shift.
