Cincinnati, Ohio, looking for an electrical engineer to help develop
market-leading products. For over 20 years, ITE has worked with clients in
the consumer, medical, and industrial industries to improve their product
development processes.

We are currently seeking for immediate consideration experienced Electrical
Engineers to work on a direct-hire basis. This is not a software only
position. Requirements are for demonstrated ability to regularly design, and
debug system hardware AND firmware.

We require the following skills and experience:

Demonstrated industry experience in small to medium scale embedded
microcontroller systems design.
Hardware and firmware design and implementation using various sensors and
outputs in electromechanical systems and consumer electronic products.
Platform experience including one or more: ARM7/9; TI MSP430 Family;
Microchip (12/16/18 Family); ATMEL, Motorola 8/16/32bit; ATMEL; Intel 8051
or x86 and DSP.
Experience with serial communication protocols such as CAN, I2C, SPI, RS485
and RS232. Multi-Master/Slave configurations a plus.
FPGA design experience.
Software/Firmware including one or more of: Assembly, Embedded C/C++, RTOS,
embedded networking apps (802.15.4, Bluetooth, & Zigbee), Windows
application development, WinCE, Linux, and LabView.
Knowledge of UL/CE, FDA, EMI and/or DFMA.
BSEE and 5 - 10 years of Electrical Product Development experience
Demonstrated project estimation and scheduling skills

proposals, and managing people and projects. This position requires
excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast
paced consulting environment and quickly adapt to changing project
requirements and schedules is required. A high degree of professionalism and
