dynamic research professional skilled in internet research and 
technology. This is a critical role in our organization, responsible for 
providing various research, marketing and technology support functions 
for our internal recruiting team.

As a researcher, your primary job functions would include:

* Candidate and Client information acquisition through various sourcing 
methodologies
* Active Internal and External database research
* Internet research including Google, LinkedIn, Lexis-Nexis, Monster, 
Hot Jobs, etc…..
* Coordination of company job board subscriptions and job postings
* Filtering incoming resumes & data and entering into database
* Database Management - basic data entry and maintenance of Internal 
Database
* Working with internal staff to train on software applications
* Utilization of additional search tools and subscriptions
* Coordinating or assisting in email marketing blasts
* Desktop support if applicable

The ideal person for this position would:

* Have strong Internet Research/Email Marketing experience
* Have experience with recruiting and/or database software
* Have excellent organizational and typing skills (50-60 wpm)
* Have advanced Technology/Internet navigation & search skills
* Have strong attention to detail
* Thrive on working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Exhibit a high sense of urgency and a strong ambition to be successful
* Have the ability to work independently as well as within a functioning 
team environment
* Be able to coordinate multiple search efforts/projects at one time
* Have Networking background or experience (a plus, not required)
