      Description:   
      My midwest client is seeking a manager for their warehouse. Second Shift 
position. This leadership role will provide guidance to a business unit of 
approximately 15 - 30 associates This individual will work under direction of 
the Operations Manager and have a Positive impact levels of service and cost on 
the Distribution Center's operation plans. This individual must be competent 
with Company budget and cost structure goals. A tactful approach to handling 
associate relations issues will be necessary for success.  
      Requirements:   
      Looking for a strong proven effective leader Highly proficient in 
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Familiarity with government regulations 
including Customs, FDA, OSHA, and HazMat needed in operating Distribution 
Centers, a plus. Two to five years' experience in physical distribution 
management in a high volume, fast paced seasonal or heavily promoted business. 
Knowledge of and some experience with PKMS, WMS, quality control and retail 
managementUndergraduate degree in Transportation & Logistics, Business 
Management or related area of study or equivalent experience
