      Description:   
      Large nursing home is seeking a Director of Nursing. Duties will be to 
oversee management and administration of staff that includes RNs, LPNs, aides 
and social services staff. Monitor staff recruiting and scheduling, provide 
on-going, in-service training. Counsel with family members, collaborate with 
outside community service agencies and service providers. Ensure compliance 
with federal, state and city regulatory issues. Will supervise 10-15 
supervisors.  
      Requirements:   
      Must have RN or BSN with at least five years experience as DON in
