      People loving person who is able to handle student complaints & concerns 
throughout the day while at the same time is also great at completing the 
paperwork. Responsible for hiring, training & oversight of faculty, curriculum 
development, SAP, oversite of registrar, student retention, accreditation and 
licensure as they apply to the curricular offerings of the campus. This is a 
4-500 student body campus.  
      Requirements:   
      Love of people, strong team player who is multi-tasked. Must be able to 
complete reports in a timely fashion, have a phenomenal handle on student 
retention issues, be able to interpret SAP as well as oversee its implemtation, 
have three years experience in the educational administration arena, prior 
experience in the proprietary sector, hold a minimum of a Master's degree. With 
this background, you must be a strong faculty development leader, have 
excellent communication skills, working knowledge of accreditation standards 
and computer applications.
