      Will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing of 
case management and utilization review. These duties include fiscal 
responsibility, management of assigned staff, policies and procedures and 
support the mission, vision, values and goals of the organization. Demonstrates 
behaviors reflective of the mission and core values of organization as well as 
those specific to required competencies for successful job performance. Will 
pay partial relocation. Salary: $49,700-$70,600.  
      Requirements:   
      Must have 3-5 years experience as Certified Case Manager and/or Certified
