      Description:   
      Include delivery management oversight, forecasting and resource 
management, planning, assigning and directing work; and process improvement of 
the Call Center. Staff management and oversight of the integrated health care 
management solutions, including case, utilization and disease management. 
Qualifications: Current RN license in practicing state in good standing. BSN 
degree preferred. Certification by Commission for Case Managers (CCM) or other 
URAC accepted case management credentials is required.  
      Requirements:   
      Current RN license in practicing state in good standing. BSN degree 
preferred. Certification by Commission for Case Managers (CCM) or other URAC 
accepted case management credentials is required. Five years of nursing 
experience with solid leadership skills and management experience in healthcare 
delivery center required.
