Director of Business Development
Our client is a customer service company dedicated to serving their clients 
wireless point of sale processing needs. They seamlessly bundle all of the 
necessary payment processing products and services which allows us to offer the 
best pricing and the most advanced payment processing system in the industry. 
They are a privately held company looking for a seasoned sale professional than 
can develop and direct the national sales efforts of our wireless payment 
processing product and services division. This is a newly created position with 
great financial and career advancement opportunities. This individual will be 
reporting directly to the Board of Directors and will have the responsibility 
of fashioning, implementing and managing a national sales force. 
Duties:
Developing and directing a national sales team. 
Advising senior management in overall sales methodologies in our market area. 
Finding the best channels for quick market penetration for our products and 
services. 
Development of business, marketing and capture plans, budgets and bookings. 
Forecasting and participation in strategic and tactical planning and advising 
management on customer relations. 
Qualifications and Requirements
Self-starter 
Background in selling merchant services along with the ability to open major 
account doors such as buyers clubs, 
fast food distributors and office product markets. 
At least ten (10) years successful sales experience in a business-to-business 
selling environment 
Ability to conceptualize and implement corporate goals and appropriate sales 
strategy. 
At least five (5) years of demonstrated management ability along with 
experience in setting up a national sales team from scratch. 
Knowledge of the features, benefits, and limitations of direct and ISO sales 
efforts. 
Extensive travel required during initial sales start-up. 
Strong preference for an individual who has working knowledge of point of sale 
credit card processing and communications technology. 
Background with international sales would be a plus. 
Degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred.
Salary, Benefits and Perks:
Base salary commensurate with experience. Position also includes a commission 
and bonus plan.
