      Description:   
      Customer service company that provides billing, human resources, employee 
care, customer care services to a variety of industries. This position is 
responsible for developing major and complex prospective and existing client 
proposals and the follow-through of these proposals through contract 
negotiations and initial program start-up. Position has overall accountability 
for solution design and development of the written proposal, leading the 
coordination with the sales organization and BU SMEs and BU Business Analysts 
to develop and price client service solutions that meet the clients needs. This 
is the key link to Sales. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in 
accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws; this includes 
interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing 
work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing 
complaints and resolving problems. Manage sales opportunities requiring a 
custom solution. Determine all key requirements through participation in vendor 
RFP meetings, detailed calls with clients, etc. Develop a project plan for the 
response required by the client, managing all deliverables. Develop solution 
approach and the related staffing plan, working with finance on pricing 
alternatives. Drives SD Planning and Strategy. Responsible for leading SD 
participation in LTV/key account strategies and proactive pursuit plans. 
Evaluates, researches and defines emerging capability requirements in 
conjunction with Sales, Marketing and Operations. Manages strategy initiatives 
related to industry alignment or new service offers. Conducts client site 
audits and creates a findings and recommendations document summarizing client's 
environment and identifying key elements of client solution. In collaboration 
with Sales and the BU Business Analyst, evaluate pricing strategies and 
determine the ideal approach. Develop ROI analysis to justify outsource 
approach. Write the complete solution document, exclusive of Executive Summary 
and Cover Letter (Sales). Collaborate with IT to develop the technical solution 
required and related costs. Prepare an implementation timeline. Obtain legal 
clearance/input for all legal related matters that client may state in the RFP. 
Manage site visits in a variety of locations. Assist Sales in contract 
negotiations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the 
organization's policies and applicable laws; this includes interviewing, hiring 
and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising 
performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and 
resolving problems.  
      Requirements:   
      Bachelors degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing or related 
field from a four-year college or university. The ideal candidate will have 10+ 
years business experience with a strong track record in operational 
responsibility and either some sales/marketing experience or involvement with 
team selling; seven to ten years related experience. Must have proficiency with 
various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word 
and Excel. This position could be located in either Jacksonville, FL; St. 
Louis, MO; Salt Lake City, UT or Cincinnati, OH. Will pay partial relocation
