Body Language
*What is every body saying in a job interview?*
Join Debra Simmons, PHR, as she shares with us some of her experience in
human resources on the key points of body language and how it relates to job
searching, networking and interviewing situations.
*Just a few questions:*
- What is nonverbal intelligence and communication?
- Just how much is communicated nonverbally?
- Can nonverbal clues guide or kill interviews?
- Why the face is the *least* likely place to gauge a person's true
feelings?
- How can you decipher body language and apply it to the job search?
- What communicates trust, confidence, or lack of?
- Are there gestures to be avoided?
