Utilizes chosen application frameworks and software development tools to design 
and develop databases, data repositories and data management routines with 
advanced technical abilities such that if necessary could independently produce 
a well designed product. Develops and implements methodologies and procedures 
for the Software Engineering group. Conscientiously follows those methodologies 
and procedures. Coordinates the evaluation, integration, customization and 
implementation of custom and 3rd party business applications for areas that the 
Software Engineering team is responsible for. Demonstrates personal interest, 
knowledge and skills necessary to proactively define and resolve issues that 
impact operations of all relevant departments and business units. Demonstrates 
knowledge of the other groups in the IS Department in order to provide support 
of day-to-day operations. Provides support of the day-to-day operations of the 
Software Engineering team. Works on a team to provide 7x24 coverage of all 
development activities across all business units ensuring that all products 
promoted into our production environment are working in accordance with the 
expectations of the CFO, COO, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers of all 
business units. Assists with any projects as defined by functional supervisor. 
Position Requirements: Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree with two 
years of professional experience required or Associates degree with four to six 
years of professional experience or six to eight years of professional 
experience. Professional certification preferred Visual Basic, PL/SQL, T-SQL, 
SQL, XML, MS SQL Server 2000, Windows 2000, MS Analysis Services, MS DTS, ERWin 
4.0, Enterprise Application Integration concepts, Portal Solutions, MS BizTalk 
Server, Oracle Enterprise Manager, SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, SQL*Net, Data Modeling
