DHL Express USA is seeking an Export Compliance Manager whose job would
focus on import/export related regulatory compliance programs.  This
individual would be directly involved with internal gateway audits;
fines and penalties petitions; policies and procedures; investigating
and writing voluntary disclosures; implementing C-TPAT; reporting
monthly compliance metrics; and working with operations to ensure
procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Knowledge of export controls laws and regulations is required [i.e. EAR,
ITAR, Foreign Trade Regulations (AES), and OFAC].  A bachelor's degree,
6-8 years experience in related field, including at least 2 years of
supervisory experience required.  The ability to manage staff in a fast
paced and high pressure environment is required.  This position is
located at DHL Express's facility near the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati
