DBA/Security Analyst:


The DBA/Security Analyst reports to the Director of Information
Technology, is a corporate IT position, and is based out of
Cincinnati.  

This position is responsible for the on-going management, controls,
support and development of the companies various Database
applications as well as providing security oversight and controls
to the Information Technology environment.

In this capacity, the DB/Security Analyst will work closely with
the Manager of Technology and the individual Application
Development managers to ensure that all Database requirements are
being addressed.  

At the direction of the Director of IT, the DBA/Security Analyst
will implement DB's, review existing DB configurations, maintain
appropriate upgrades and revision levels, ensure data security is
addressed from a transactional, daily, and on-going DC/DR basis.

In conjunction with the Manager of Technology, this position will
also provide oversight and review of data access requests and
system security logs.  

The DBA/Security Administrator will work with the Manager of
Technology to implement additional preventative and aggregated
identity management and security and control solutions in our
environment.

Specifically, these activities consist of, but are not limited to
the following:

    * Database Support
          o Provide IT Database support to all Multi-Color
            facilities.  This support includes, but is not limited
            to:
                + Database installations
                + Configuration and capacity planning
                + Backup and Recovery (support, implementation,
                  review)
                + Performance monitoring and tuning
                + Patches, upgrades, new release management
                + Overall database maintenance
    * Application integration, installation and support.
          o Provide primary support of the technical application
            environment
                + Maintenance and control of ODBC
                  drivers/connections
                + Software patch installations
                + Interface support for any application integration
                  components.
    * Security Administration
          o Assist in the development and management of automated
            security/controls for the entire Multi-Color data
            environment.
          o Review and approve security access requests for IT
            applications and end user applications.
          o Provide centralized control of all IT security
            requirements.
    * Maintain and support IT documentation, policy and procedures
      in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
