Hi, 

I'm looking for a Customer Insights Manager with approximately 3-7 years of 
primary research experience to manage the primary research function. Research 
would primarily focus on new products and consumer satisfaction/loyalty 
studies. This company is privately owned and is the global leader in the 
category. They have earned recognition as a very employee friendly company to 
work for and Fortune magazine has noticed honoring them for the past 5 
consecutive years as one of it's "Best 100" companies to work for. The position 
is in the company's headquarters in the mid-west. The cost of living is 
excellent and the school system is rated as one of the top in the state.

COMPANY: 

The top global leader in their industry (consumer durable product). Great 
reputation as a consumer driven company with the leading products in their 
category. 


Duties and Responsibilities:
+Develops research objectives to meet product and program strategic goals.
+Develops a research plan supporting the 3 year product plan.
+Analyzes current research and statistical techniques, and evaluates 
stat-of-the-art market research developments to utilize the best techniques.
+Designs customer surveys and other research programs, directs their 
implementation and analyzes results.
+Assists in development of new products/programs by conducting product concept 
studies to determine product viability.
+Selects, contracts, and manages external suppliers.

LOCATION:
Small/mid size town in the mid-west. Inexpensive cost of living. Great school 
system. Company will relocate candidate.
Salary:

$60's-$80's + 15-20% target bonus + 15% company contribution to profit sharing 
program. Great benefits.
