Good Morning Fellow Job Seekers :

I hope this message finds you doing well while searching for your next =
success. In and effort to search for my next opportunity I would like to =

After being in management, as well as, sales for over 15 years
  a..  I have developed a great interest to improve the overall =
operations.
  b.. The ability to review and analyze financial reports and take these =
numbers into the real world to problem solve has allowed me to =
experience desirable results.=20
  c.. Turning around poor performing operations has taught me to =
analyze, organize and plan multiple diverse tasks.=20
  d.. In addition, my ability to lead my staff with positive results =
continues to be proven. I have taken under-achieving operations and made =
big improvements. Within a 9-month period I improved the overall sales =
by 29% and improved overall productivity by 11%. By leading a staff of =
75 we continued to make positive changes well after the initial =
successes.
  e.. With this in mind, I find my ability to team build and lead come =
from a vision of leadership that I continue to find as my passion. With =
this Vision of Leadership I find it a challenge and very rewarding to =
lead others to be their best, which results in maximum productivity. =20
As a result of this experience I am searching for a company and position =
that allows me to prove and develop my leadership skills even further.
