      The Corporate Director of Marketing position is under the general 
direction of the President/CEO and they will plan, design, and implement the 
strategic and tactical marketing and product development plans for the 
organization. Develop and execute a strategic marketing and business 
development plan Establish, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of market 
analysis and research programs. Take corrective action. Develop and implement 
policies and practices for the Corporations's standardization (brand) program. 
Write, edit, and rewrite articles, publications, brochures, quarterly and 
annual shareholder reports, press releases, correspondence, announcements, and 
general information in conjunction with the Corporation's business relations, 
public relations, investor relations, and promotional activities. Investigate, 
design and implement processes for expanded sales opportunities utilizing 
e-commerce and the corporation's web site. Work closely with outside 
advertising agencies and public relation sources to ensure information released 
or presented to the public is in a format consistent with Corporation's 
standardization policies and practices.  
      Requirements:   
      MBA in marketing or business administration 5-8 years of progressive 
marketing or business management experience.
