      Candidate will be responsible for coordinating all educational 
opportunities; responsible for maintaining and advancing the quality of 
clinical care for patient population. This includes developing and coordinating 
the hospital's overall educational plan, fostering a climate for research and 
other scholarly programs, planning and coordinating educational experiences for 
clinical students and supporting staff in the development and implementation of 
innovative change in care delivery.  
      Requirements:

change theory, etc.
