      Premier search firm on south side of Indianapolis is seeking only top 
recruiters to build their Professional Placement Division. Candidates should 
have a minimum of three to four years of contingency permanent placement 
experience and have billed over $125,000 at a minimum the last couple years. 
Client has a variety of job orders but numerous manufacturing clients.  
      Requirements:   
      B.S. degree Three to four years of recent contingency permanent placement 
recruitment experience where they have billed over $125,000 the last several 
years. Forgiving draw against commision base circa $24,000 with 35% of 
production/fees collected if non-CPC or 40% of production fees collected if CPC 
certified.
