Skills needed:   Strong Visual Basic 6.0 (2-3 solid years)\

                        Object oriented experience (any of the following:
C#, VB.Net, C++)

Strong SQL server (needs to be able to modify/create stored procedures,
triggers, views, etc.)

XML, XSLT



Nice to have:   COM+
