Following is information on an immediate job opportunity for a Compensation
Analyst.
Salary range $60,000 to $70,000 and relocation is provided.
POSITION AVAILABLE
Compensation Analyst
Northwest Ohio (near Toledo) bank has an immediate regular full-time employment
opportunity for a Compensation Analyst. The newly created position reports to
the Human Resource Director and is responsible for administration of client's
compensation policies, systems and practices.
Principal Duties:
Conducts analysis and research on total rewards, policies practices and trends.
Ensures equitable and competitive programs.
Maintains job codes, salary grades, and other compensation-related information
in HRIS.
Maintains & enhances client use of Employee Self-Service and Manager
Self-Service modules.
Administers the web-based salary budget system.
Performs internal and external pay analysis to determine appropriate salary
grades and variable pay assignments, FLSA and EEO classifications, and job
revisions.
Develops and maintains communications describing various compensation programs.
Develops employee education materials and management communications.
Prepares reports using HR information system (Ultipro) and its reporting tools
such as Cognos Impromtu, as well as Excel, Word, and SQL.
Coordinates, maintains and supports the web-based salary budget system.
Recommends and implements system enhancements, sets system specifications,
prepares training documents, installs back office system to regional HR.
Performs significant project work in the areas of compensation management,
compensation design and HRIS.
Position Requirements & Important Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field, MBA preferred.
Three to five years experience in HRIS and compensation administration.
Designation as Certified Compensation Professional.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with intermediate knowledge of
statistics.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Access.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated project management skills.

Annual salary in the $60,000 to $70,000 range (plus bonus), based on
