[jsfg_cinti] Commercial Banking Relationship Manager Needed

I spoke today during a business meeting with the manager of a local
commercial banking institution. During the course of the conversation, I
told him of the JSFG and what is offered there. He indicated that his bank
is in need of a Relationship Manager. This position will deal almost
exclusively with Commercial Lending in the local area. They are looking for
someone with several years? in-bank experience in a commercial loan
department, and preferably someone who has specific experience in Commercial
Lending sales. Of course, having a good book of business will help. They are
looking for a proven track record of establishing and maintaining commercial
banking relationships that include not just the loan but other services as
well.
 

They are being very specific in their need. While questioning this manager
about specific needs, I asked if someone with my past experience, for
example, would be considered (I have 3 ½ years experience working for a
commercial lending broker). Someone with my experience is not sufficient for
this job. They really want someone who has years of experience in a bank.
