To All JSFG Members and Friends,

Newspaper reports over the past two days contained articles on the state of
Ohio's college savings plan. I have asked JSFG's friends, RCA, to include in
their next educational classes updated information on this situation and
options available for college savings accounts. The next seminar session is
planned for Friday, October 17.  The seminar is free and open to JSFG
members, their family, and friends. Please contact Tom Wheeler at RCA for
