      Description:   
      Coding Team Leader needed for our client near South Bend, IN in northern 
Indiana community. Well respected, rapidly growing 350 plus bed hospital with 
leading edge technology and great leadership has an opening for a Coding Ream 
Lead.  
      Requirements:   
      Ideal candidate will have at least three years of job-related experience 
including management. Will oversee 6 coders and be part of a larger division 
including Transcription Services, Radiology Transcription, and Coding. Must 
have management and prior coding experience and at least one of the following 
certifications: RHIA, RHIT or CCS. Knowledge of 3M coding and/or McKession Star 
System, Voice and Text dictaphone system, Imaging (records Storage) System 
would be a plus.
