A Civil and Environmental company in Cincinnati currently has the 
following openings:
1. Survey Crew Chief
You will be responsible for leading and directing activities of survey 
crew to perform project work for Senior Project Manager. This includes 
taking Scope of Services and conducting surveys (Boundary, Topographic, 
Construction Layout, and ALTA) to collect information.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience directing survey 
parties and projects. Proficient in performing boundary, topographic 
and other surveys. A PS License and experience with GPS equipment is 
strongly preferred. Must be able to interpret documents to provide 
construction layout. Pay is $20-25/hr

2. Civil Designer
You will be responsible for providing Senior Project Managers with 
timely and accurate engineering design. Work with the Senior Engineer 
to develop existing site conditions into construction plans. This 
includes an understanding of profiles, cross sections, horizontal 
geometry, hydraulics.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of 
experience in site design. Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2000 and know 
Autodesk Land Development. Experience must include all of the 
following: working on various commercial and residential engineering 
projects, ability to work with IT on internal system requirements, and 
familiarity with electronic surveying field data. Ability to acquire 
professional registration is a plus. Pay is $20-25/hr.

3. Senior Civil Engineer
You will be responsible for leading our site development services 
group, including site engineering and development planning. Will also 
be identifying and developing new clients and business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 
with a P.E. in Ohio (eligible in Kentucky and Indiana) and 6 + years of 
civil site design experience
(subdivision and commercial development). Proficient with AutoCAD 14 or 
2000, and Land/Civil Design package. Knowledge of codes and zoning 
regulations for the Cincinnati area. Pay is $45-55K.
