      Civil Engineers will be involved in: . Site development design, including 
drainage, grading, utility coordination, etc. . Oversight of plan production 
and revisions through all phases of project . Field inspections . Effective 
management of project related budget and scheduling assignments . Participation 
in professional development and mentoring activities, as needed.  
      Requirements:   
      B.S. in Civil Engineering P.E. license or will test for in next two years 
Project management experience Progressively responsible industry experience 
Design and plan preparation for residential or mixed use land development 
projects. Design and review civil engineering plans, write proposals and 
specifications, develop budgets and schedules Interface with clients and public 
agencies
