City of Middletown Housing Code Specialist.
Position enforces various Federal, State, and local codes and ordinances
pertaining to housing and property maintenance nuisances.  Position requires
issuing citations for offenses and, appearing and testifying in court.
Requirements:  Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) or Property
Maintenance or Housing Inspector Certification required or ability to obtain
certification within 6 months of hire date.
Starting Salary:  $15.93 to $17.46 per hour.
