Job Description

Cintas' corporate staff departments, including Marketing, Information
Technology, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Legal,
Purchasing, Safety and Engineering Solutions, and Administration, support
our growing number of locations nationwide, providing the support they need
to consistently exceed customer expectations.
Cintas is currently looking for a Project Leader Level 2 for the Engineering
Services Team within IT.  The Project Leader Level 2 is responsible for the
planning, development and implementation of medium to large-sized, moderate
to highly complex projects.  They are responsible for developing the project
scope, defining project guidelines, obtaining business and information
technology sponsor approvals and coordinating the resources necessary to
successfully complete the project.  Other responsibilities include the
refinement of requirements, project coordination, development of plans and
schedules, resource management and estimation and project maintenance.
Projects may address an enterprise need or may be specific to the needs of a
single department.

Qualifications
 High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or
related IT area is preferred
 Minimum of 7 years experience in the IT field overseeing projects using
formal project management techniques
 Minimum of 3 years leading projects with budgets of $500K or greater
 Minimum of 3 years leading projects with 10 or more members
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT engineering role
 Current PMP Professional Certification preferred
 Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft
Exchange, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
 Previous work experience in a Fortune-1000 or Global-2000 company preferred
