Aronoff job fair seeks staffers for arts venues

Be a part of the cast of Customer Service professionals at the Tri-State's 
premiere performing arts venues - the Aronoff Center for the Arts and Music 
Hall.  The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) - Downtown's Arts Central - is 
pleased to present its third annual Job Fair on Wednesday Aug. 20 at the 
Aronoff Center's Otto M. Budig Lobby (main lobby) located on Walnut Street 
between Sixth and Seventh streets.  Job seekers are welcome at either of two 
convenient shifts: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.  Participants can 
stop by to learn about available employment opportunities and/or apply on the 
spot.

Starting in October, part-time positions at the Aronoff Center and Music Hall 
will be available in the following Customer Service areas:  Ticketing Services, 
Bartending/Concession Sales, Event Security, Custodial Services and Front of 
House/Audience Services.  Interested job seekers will be able to speak with CAA 
supervisors, part-time employees, and Human Resources representatives to learn 
more about specific jobs.  Complimentary beverages and snacks will be provided 
by the Cincinnati Arts Association.  

"The success of CAA's first two job fairs has been outstanding," says Brenda 
Carter, CAA's Director of Human Resources.  "We have found this process to be 
one of our best avenues for recruiting part-time employees, resulting in the 
hiring of nearly 50 talented customer service employees over the past two 
years."
