[jsfg_cinti] Cinci HR Manager

Hello!  I received a call from a Headhunter by the name of Sherrie Wells.  She 
is looking for a Human Resource Manager in Cincinnati for a manufacturing 
facility (I don't know the company's name).  They are looking for someone with 
a Generalist background with manufacturing experience in a nonunion facility.  
They want the HR Manager to have 4 - 6 years of experience (about 7-8 years out 
of college) and this is a building position, so the person would need to be 
willing to relocate in approximately 3-5 years for promotion opportunities.
